What is planned and what is running today

The Bao'an plant is running today; the Longmen facility is a plan, not an operating site. This page separates the two, because a capacity claim should never blur them.

We would rather understate capacity than have a buyer plan around a number that is not real. This note separates what we operate now from what is still in preparation.

Running today

  • A 3,000 m² converting plant in Bao'an, Shenzhen, in operation since 2017.
  • Slitting and rewinding, flat-bed and rotary die cutting, CNC and laser cutting, lamination and kitting.
  • More than 1,000 stock SKUs and over 20 patents filed by the group.
  • ISO 9001 obtained in 2019; the current certificate is issued on request with its audit scope.

Planned, not operating

A second facility in Longmen is a plan. It is not a site we can take an order from, it is not in any lead-time commitment we give, and we label it as planned everywhere it appears. When it is commissioned we will publish the equipment list and the date.

Also in preparation

The plant video series now occupying the video positions, additional grades in the cross-reference guide, and local-language pages for the markets we ship to most often.

What changes when a plan becomes real

Every item here has a trigger and a publication. That is the part a buyer can hold us to.

How to use this page in a supplier assessment

  • Treat anything marked planned as unavailable for your supply plan until we confirm it in writing
  • Ask for the current document rather than the description: certificates and authorization scope are dated things
  • Where a page says a figure is confirmed at quotation, expect it to vary; that wording is deliberate
  • Compare the site and the shipment paperwork, since a real capability shows up in both
  • If a plan slips, we would rather change the page than let a quotation inherit it
FAQ

Questions about capacity and plans

Can you take volume today without the new site?
Yes. Current orders run through Bao’an, and the answer to a specific volume question is a date rather than a yes or no: capacity is confirmed at quotation for the material and format requested.
Why keep mentioning Longmen at all if it is not running?
Because buyers hear about it from other sources, and a silent page about a plan is how a capacity claim gets invented by someone else. It stays labelled as planned everywhere it appears.
When will the video positions have clips?
As they are filmed and approved, including any customer-site footage that needs their permission. The positions and the planned shots are published now so the gap is visible rather than hidden.
Do you update the site when something changes?
The revision date at the top of a news entry shows the latest review. If a page disagrees with a document we have sent you, the document is the one we correct the page against.

Ask us about this update

If a capability matters to your project, ask for the current evidence before you plan around it. We reply with the document, the machine and the date.
