Can you ship to Russia?
We quote Russian destinations order by order. Which route, carrier and payment method are workable depends on the commodity, the destination and the banks involved, and we confirm all three before accepting the order.
Do you provide EAC certificates?
No. EAC conformity assessment is carried out by the importer or a registered EAEU applicant. We provide the technical documentation, material composition and test information that the assessment normally requires.
Can you replace a grade that is no longer available?
In many cases yes. Send the original specification and the tests it had to pass, and we compare the properties of what we convert or supply and state the differences, so your re-qualification is based on data rather than a claim.
Which documents do you supply for customs?
Packing list, commercial invoice and the transport documents for the chosen route, plus the material documents for the grade. The certificate or declaration required for market placement stays with the importer.
