What we solve

Miniaturisation

Thinner bond lines and smaller parts without sacrificing yield or reliability.

Thermal and electrical requirements

Grounding, shielding and insulation in the same assembly.

Clean die-cutting

No burrs, delamination or liner issues that stop automated feeders.

Traceability

Batch and material documentation for OEM and EMS quality systems.

How a typical project runs

FPC reinforcement for a wearable EMS project

01

Challenge

A thin transfer tape was needed to reinforce a narrow FPC without adding height, and the part had to run on an automated feeder without liner lift.

02

Approach

We selected a thin PET transfer construction, laser-cut the prototype, then built a rotary die-cutting process with a slit liner and first-article inspection.

03

Outcome

The customer qualified the sample, moved to production, and reduced manual handling in assembly.

FAQ

Can you supply parts on a slit liner for automated assembly?
Yes. We can slit the liner, control liner release and pack parts in a format that suits your feeder. Please share the feeder specification and pick-up method.
Do you provide material traceability?
Yes. We keep batch and work-order records and can provide the available material documentation for the selected grade.
Can you support low-volume EMS builds?
Yes. We support prototype and pilot quantities, then scale to production when the design is validated.
