We convert to the dimensions, liner and release force you specify and inspect against them. Where a tolerance is outside our process capability, we say so before sampling rather than after.

Food-contact clearance depends on the construction and the applicable Japanese requirement, and the assessment belongs to the importer or manufacturer. We provide composition and material information for the grade you nominate so your team can check it against the current list.
Do you keep documentation consistent across repeat orders?
Yes. Once a grade is agreed, the TDS, RoHS statement and inspection record stay tied to that grade and lot, so a purchasing or quality review sees the same numbers each time.
Can you support a supplier qualification review?
We provide the material file, process description and inspection records a qualification review normally asks for, and we answer questions about incoming material control and traceability in writing.
