What each product family page tells you
Six families cover the constructions most industrial buyers specify: double-sided, foam, functional, masking and packaging, converted parts and specialty. Each page describes the construction, the selection decisions inside that family, how the product is ordered and packed, and how a claim is tested — so the shortlist can be made from the page rather than from a sales call.

If a standard product does not fit, we build the construction: a different carrier, a low-VOC adhesive, a flame-retardant grade, a printed liner or a laminated multi-layer part.

How a tape enquiry becomes a repeating order
Every family page uses this sequence, so a first order and a tenth order are settled the same way and on the same terms.

| Send the requirement | The two surfaces, the load, the environment and the format you need. A drawing, a brand grade or a photograph of the joint all work. |
| Get a shortlist | Two or three constructions with the reason each fits and what would rule it out, plus the documents available for the grade. |
| Test on your part | Samples with the recommended bonding procedure, so the result applies to your substrate and not to a clean test panel. |
| Fix the format | Roll, slit width, core, liner, die-cut presentation, packing and marking are agreed together, because format changes the price and the lead time. |
| Repeat the order | The approved construction, format and inspection record sit on the work order, so the next shipment is the same part. |

Product and ordering questions
The questions that decide a first order: what is supplied, where to start, and what has to be confirmed before a price exists.
What is your minimum order quantity?
We can supply single rolls for evaluation. For custom die-cut parts, MOQ depends on material width, tooling and annual volume; we confirm it at quotation.
Can you die-cut to my drawing?
Yes. Send a PDF, DXF, STEP or a dimensioned photo. We review manufacturability, propose the material and liner, and produce a sample before mass production.
Do you supply original tesa and 3M material?
Yes. tesa tape (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. lists Shenzhen Xiangyu New Material Co., Ltd. as a Platinum Partner (certificate tesaGC AD000437, valid 2026-04-01 to 2027-03-31, scope Industrial Trade and Converting). We also supply 3M and Sekisui materials. Availability and authorization scope vary by product family and country, so the grade and destination are confirmed at quotation.
How fast can I get a sample?
Sample timing depends on material availability, the cutting route and part complexity, so we confirm it in writing once the drawing and the material are agreed.
How do you ship to Southeast Asia and other markets?
We ship from Shenzhen by express, air and sea freight, and can consolidate LCL shipments. Incoterms and lead time are confirmed at quotation.
Do you sell rolls only, or converted parts as well?
Both, and they are often the same order. A family page describes the material; the converting services describe what happens to it: slitting to width, lamination into a construction, die-cutting to a drawing, kitting for a line. Buying the material and the conversion from one plant is what keeps the batch record and the tolerance conversation in one place.
Which family should I start from if I only have a failure?
Start from the joint rather than the catalogue. If a part lifts at the edges, the answer is usually in the double-sided or foam family and in the surface underneath it. If it shorts, heats or masks, look at functional tape. If it is a part that will not feed or will not hold its dimensions, the die-cut parts page is the right first read.
Can you supply a material you do not list on these pages?
Usually, as a construction rather than a catalogue line. The families are a way of organising what we convert, not a boundary on what can be built: send the requirement and we will say whether it is an existing grade, a laminate of two, or something that needs a supplier we do not currently carry.
