Our article library is now part of the site

The questions our sales team answers by email now have a page each: constructions, tolerances, ordering terms, freight and destination charges, written for buyers who have to put the answer in an internal file.

We published 77 articles and the 5 section pages that hold them, split across technical guides, a long-form FAQ library, application notes, freight and destination notes, and three case records written from orders we can account for. Nothing on them is a promise we have not been able to confirm.

What was published

Forty-two technical guides cover construction choice, tolerancing and tooling, MOQ logic, lead-time structure, payment terms, Incoterms and export packaging. Sixteen FAQ pages give the long version of the questions that used to be one line on the FAQ page. Ten application notes follow how each product is actually supplied and used: die-cut parts on a liner for automated feed, shielding and polyimide masking on electronics lines, panel and trim bonding, a packaging specification that has to survive an export line, private-label supply to distributors, and the route from jumbo roll to finished part. Six logistics notes cover delivery and terms for Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines and Singapore. Three case records cover an export carton specification review, an FOB-to-CIF terms re-check, and a die-cut part that moved from prototype quantities to a monthly release.

Three further case write-ups are held back in the working files, not on the site. They describe outcomes we cannot yet account for with figures, and publishing them as cases would be a claim rather than a record.

What the pages do not say

Commercial and process figures that the company has not confirmed are not published as numbers. Minimum order quantities, sample and production lead times, tolerances on your part, freight charges, transit dates and payment milestones are all written as confirmed at quotation, confirmed per drawing or confirmed at booking, because that is how they actually behave on a first order.

The numbers that do remain are the ones that belong to the industry rather than to us: the tolerance and tooling ranges for flatbed, rotary, laser and CNC routes, and the test conditions in the aging protocols. Both are labelled as general references, and the market pages that list carrier lane schedules state that the date is confirmed at booking.

How the pages are built

Every page is generated from the same source as the rest of the site, so an internal link, a breadcrumb and a structured-data block cannot drift out of date on one page alone. Each article carries its own schema node, a table of contents built from its own headings, and links to the nearest related pages in the same section.
