A single English reference for the grades we stock, the parts we cut and the documents we issue, written for buyers who have to qualify a supplier before they can place a first order.
We converted our Chinese sales material into an English reference site: product families, converting services, industry applications, Southeast Asia market pages, an FAQ, a glossary and a document library. Everything on it describes work we can actually do in Bao'an, Shenzhen.
Six product families: double-sided tape, foam tape, functional tape, masking and packaging tape, die-cut parts and specialty tape. Five services: die cutting, slitting and rewinding, lamination, OEM and private label, and custom adhesive solutions.
Each product page lists the constructions we handle, the substrates they bond to, the tests we run and the questions buyers ask us most often. Each service page states the tolerance we hold, the tooling we use and what we need from a drawing.
A supplier qualification file needs conditions, not adjectives. Where we give a number it is a range we can hold on our own equipment; where a value depends on the grade, the page says so and points to the data sheet for that grade instead of publishing a generic table.
Claims we cannot support are not on the site. We state our ISO 9001 certificate as obtained in 2019 with the current copy available on request, and we describe tesa, 3M and Sekisui supply as material supply with the authorization scope confirmed per enquiry.
Start from the product or the application, not from a grade number. If you are replacing a branded tape, the cross-reference guide explains what we can match and what we cannot. If you need a part, send a drawing through the die-cutting page and we will confirm manufacturability before quoting.
The questions our sales team answers by email now have a page each: constructions, tolerances, ordering terms, freight and destination charges, written for buyers who have to put the answer in an internal file.
