Strictly necessary storage
Our hosting provider may use strictly necessary cookies or local storage for security, load balancing and basic site operation. These are not used for marketing. The site may also store a small preference in your browser for interface behaviour; it is not shared with us as personal data.
Forms
When you submit an enquiry, the form sends the information you enter to the enquiry service run by this site, or opens your email client, depending on the configuration. The form itself does not set advertising cookies.
Embedded video
Some pages carry a video cover image with a play button. Nothing is loaded from another domain at that point: the cover is a file served by this site, and no third-party script or cookie runs. Only when you press play does the page request the clip from our YouTube channel, using YouTube's privacy-enhanced embed domain, and YouTube may then set its own cookies in your browser. If you do not press play, this site shares nothing with YouTube.
If this changes
If we add analytics or marketing tools later, we will update this notice and, where required, show a consent banner before non-essential cookies are set. The updated date at the top of this page shows the latest revision.

A cookie notice is only useful if it matches the site it is attached to. This page is built as static HTML with one same-origin script, so the honest summary is short: nothing is written to your browser by this site, and nothing is sent to an analytics platform when you read it.

Links out, and the one place data leaves the page
Two things on this site involve a third party, and both only happen if you choose them. Links to the YouTube channel and to WhatsApp are ordinary links: they open in a new tab when you click, so the third party learns you arrived at that moment, not that you read the page beforehand. There is no embedded player on the pages today, which is why nothing from another domain loads with the page.
- Submitting an enquiry form either posts to the enquiry service run by this site, or opens your own email client, depending on how the site is configured at the time
- While no form endpoint is configured, the form assembles your message and hands it to your email application, so the content leaves your device through your mail provider rather than through ours
- Once an endpoint is configured, the fields you complete are transmitted to that service so we can answer the enquiry, and the Privacy Policy covers what happens next
- Files attached to a sample or drawing request travel with the message you send, not with the page you are on
If this changes
Analytics would be announced first
Should visitor measurement ever be switched on, this notice gets rewritten to name the tool and the data, and a consent choice appears before non-essential storage is set.
Embedded video would change the list
Placing a player inside a page means that provider can set cookies when the page loads. Until then, the channel is reached by a link you press.
The date is the version
The revision date at the top of this page is what you are agreeing to. A quotation, a contract or an order confirmation always outranks a webpage.
