Technical data sheets, safety data, compliance statements and inspection records for the selected material — requested per grade and market.

What we can provide
Documents are issued for the material in your order, not as a generic pack. Ask for the document that applies to your grade and market.
| Document | When provided | Format | Request |
|---|---|---|---|
| Technical data sheet (TDS) | With the quotation or sample for the proposed grade | Request | |
| Safety data sheet (MSDS) | On request, for the supplied material | Request | |
| RoHS / REACH statement | On request, for the supplied material | Request | |
| ISO 9001 certificate | On request; confirm the scope covers the relevant site and product | Request | |
| First-article inspection report | For new or changed die-cut parts | PDF / XLSX | Request |
| Brand authorization letter | For tenders and audits, where current scope covers the product and market | Request | |
| Capability profile | For supplier qualification and factory audits | Request | |
| Packing specification | Before shipment of a repeating order | Request |
Tell us the grade and the market
The fastest way to get the right document is to include the material grade or product family, the application, the destination country and the standard you are working to.
- Material grade or product family
- Application and substrate
- Destination country and standard
- Tender or audit deadline, if any

What each document is for, and what to check on it
A document only helps if you know which question it answers and which field has to be right before it goes into a file.
| Document | The question it answers | What to check before you file it | Where it comes from |
|---|---|---|---|
| Technical data sheet | What the construction is and how it behaves under named tests | That the grade on the sheet is the grade on your quotation | Material producer, for the exact grade |
| Safety data sheet | Handling, composition and transport classification | The revision date and that it matches the supplied material | Material producer, for the supplied material |
| RoHS or REACH statement | Substance compliance for the stated grades and thresholds | Whether it names the construction you buy rather than a family | Issued on request for the supplied material |
| ISO 9001 certificate | That a quality system is certified and in date | That the scope covers the site and activity your order uses | Certification body, current copy on request |
| First-article report | That the part measured against the drawing | The drawing version and the tolerances it was measured to | Our inspection records for the converted part |
| Batch or lot record | Which source material a shipment was made from | That the lot on the label matches the lot on the record | Our work-order and incoming records |
| Packing specification | How the order arrives and how it is marked | That format and labelling match your receiving process | Prepared for the agreed order |
| Brand authorization letter | How the material reaches you through the channel | The product family and territory it names, and its date | Issued by the brand owner; scope varies |
Ask in a way that gets the right paper back
Documents are issued per grade and per market, because a statement written for one construction does not cover another. The same four details let us return the applicable document on the first reply instead of the third.
- The grade or product family exactly as it appears on your quotation or drawing
- The application, so we can tell whether a construction-level statement is enough
- The destination country, since substance and authorization requirements differ by market
- The standard your file has to satisfy, if a specific one is named
- The deadline and the purpose, because a tender pack and a bench reference are not the same request
When a document is not available
It belongs to the material producer
Some statements are issued only for a grade the producer recognises. Where a construction is ours rather than a branded grade, the equivalent is a test report against a named method, and we say which one you are getting.
It is scope-limited
An authorization or certificate can be current and still not cover your product family or country. We flag the gap before you submit rather than after.
It has to be created for your part
A first-article report exists because a drawing exists. For a new part it is produced after the first run and measured against the version you approve.
It is not published on this site
Files here are requested rather than downloaded, because a document naming a customer, a grade or a batch should not sit in a public folder.
