Often yes. Send the construction, thickness, adhesive type and the test the grade has to pass, and we compare it against what we convert or supply, then state clearly where a property differs.
Do you provide first-article and lot traceability?
For die-cut parts we inspect dimensions, liner condition and visual defects, and we keep lot records so a batch can be traced back to the incoming material. Report format is agreed per project.
Which insulation grades do you stock?
Polyimide and PET insulation tapes, including flame-retardant grades, are converted in Shenzhen. Cell-level qualification, including any regulatory listing your customer requires, stays with the cell or module manufacturer.
Can you ship small trial quantities?
Yes. Trial quantities move by air or courier, and the freight, timing and terms for the trial are confirmed at quotation before anything is committed.
