Do you sell to US customers directly?
Yes, from Shenzhen. Quotations state the Incoterm, the port or delivery address and the classification we invoice under. Duty, entry and the importer of record sit with the US side, and DDP is only quoted once we know who clears the goods.
Can you match a tape we already buy domestically?
Send the construction, thickness, adhesive type, release liner and the tests the part has to pass. We compare against what we convert or supply and state where a property differs, instead of claiming an equivalent by name.
What about tariffs and trade measures?
Those are decided at entry by the importer of record and its broker. We invoice with a consistent HTS description so your broker can rule on duty and any applicable measure before you commit to the order.
Can you supply high-speed carton sealing tape?
We supply MOPP packaging tape grades suited to hand dispensers and automatic case sealers. Tell us the machine, the carton weight and the storage condition, and the grade and gauge are confirmed at sampling.
