What this service is for

Your brand, reproducible on every reorder

A private-label program is a consistency problem wearing a tape question. Your brand sits on the core, the label and the carton, and the shelf has to look the same every time you reorder, which means artwork control, batch consistency and a defined approval sequence rather than just a good roll.

We supply private-label rolls, printed packaging tape, custom labels and retail-ready packs produced to your specification, with a proof, a pre-production sample and a repeatable record behind every run.

Capabilities

Private-label rolls

Your brand on the core, label and carton, with the tape grade you specify.

Printed packaging tape

Logo and handling information printed on MOPP and other packaging tapes, subject to artwork approval and MOQ.

Custom labels and packaging

Product labels, barcodes, instruction sheets and retail-ready packaging for your market.

Kitting and sets

Multi-part kits, sequence packing and presentation for installation or resale.

Artwork control

Artwork proof, colour approval and a pre-production sample before the full run.

Export documentation

Packing list, commercial invoice and material documents for the selected grade.

How the work is actually set up

What sits behind the service page, stated the same way as on the plant page, so a capacity claim can be checked in one place rather than in five.

Roll and core labelling

Your brand on the core wrap, the roll label and the carton, with the tape grade you specify underneath it.

Printed packaging tape

Logo, handling marks and product information printed on MOPP and other packaging tapes, against approved artwork and a colour standard.

Labels and inserts

Product labels, barcodes, instruction sheets and warranty material prepared with the pack.

Retail-ready packs

Boxed, shrink-wrapped or hung packs built to your presentation and checked with a pre-production sample before the run.

Artwork control

Proofing, colour approval and a retained approved reference, so a reorder is matched against what you signed rather than against a memory.

The specification items we settle before quoting

Specification itemHow it gets confirmed
Product underneathTape grade, width, length and core, stated as the specification you are selling rather than as an internal code.
Artwork and revisionVector artwork, revision number, colour standard and the approved proof kept on file for repeat orders.
Print layoutRepeat length, number of colours, print direction on the roll and where the seam falls on a printed run.
Scan qualityBarcode or 2D symbology, module size and print contrast, verified on the pack rather than assumed from the proof.
Market textThe text, symbols and warnings your destination market requires, supplied by you and reproduced against approved artwork.
Pack formatRolls per carton, carton size, retail pack type, hanging method and the shipping mark.
Batch codingWhat appears on the pack for traceability, and how your item number maps to our work order.
Reorder consistencyColour, print and roll behaviour matched to the retained approved sample on each run.

Nothing in this table is a standing promise. It is the list we work through with you; the answers end up in the quotation and on the work order.

Process

Specification

Confirm the tape grade, roll size, core, label, artwork and annual volume.

Artwork

We prepare a proof and, where needed, a printed sample for approval.

Pre-production

A pilot run checks print quality, roll build, packaging and barcode readability.

Production

We produce, inspect and pack to the approved specification with batch records.

What to send with a request

Send what you already have. A partial list still gets a useful answer, and whatever is missing simply becomes the question we ask back.

  • Vector artwork with the revision number and the colour standard you use
  • The tape product, width, length and core you want under your brand
  • Pack format: rolls per carton, retail box, shrink wrap or hang pack
  • Barcode or 2D symbology, and where it has to sit
  • Destination markets and any text or symbols their rules require
  • Initial quantity and reorder rhythm, so artwork setup and run size are quoted together

How the result is inspected and released

Proof before setup

A layout and colour proof approved by you before printing setup starts.

Pre-production sample

A real pack from production material, checked for print quality, roll build, pack fit and scan readability.

Run inspection

Colour against the approved sample, registration, barcode readability and label placement checked during the run.

Retained reference

The approved sample and proof kept, so the next order is matched against documented approval.

Packing and shipment

  • Finished packs are cartoned to your stated roll count, with item code, lot, quantity and destination marked for your receiving process.
  • Retail packs are protected against crush and moisture for the shipping method you actually use, not only for the nearest carton size.
  • Printed stock is stored against the approved reference, so a reprint can be compared rather than argued about.
  • Export pallets use ISPM 15-marked material; mixed-SKU loads are grouped by selling unit so a distributor can replenish in one pass.

Freight term, routing and destination charges are stated on the quotation. The logistics notes and the technical guides explain how each of those lines is worked out.

Questions buyers ask about OEM & Private Label

What is the minimum order for private-label tape?
It depends on the tape grade, roll size and whether printing is required. Tell us the product and annual volume so we can confirm the minimum and the artwork approval steps.
Can you print our logo on packaging tape?
Yes. Printed MOPP and other packaging tapes are available with custom artwork, subject to minimum order quantities and artwork approval.
Can you supply a retail-ready pack?
Yes. We can produce labels, barcodes, instruction sheets, shrink-wrap or boxed packs according to your specification, subject to a pre-production sample.
Who owns the artwork?
You retain ownership of your brand artwork. We use it only to produce the approved order and keep the proof on file for repeat runs.
Who owns the artwork and the printing setup?
You own your brand artwork, and we use it only to produce the approved order. The setup elements are held against your item so a reorder runs the same job; if the program moves, what belongs to you is handed back rather than treated as leverage. The practical point is that your proof and your revision history stay yours.
Can you match a specific brand colour?
Match it against a standard rather than against a description. Send the colour reference you use, tell us the substrate and the print system, and the first run is approved against a physical sample. Colour on a printed film does not read the same as colour on paper, and checking against the right reference is what stops a reorder argument before it starts.
Can you produce several SKUs in one order?
Yes, and it is usually the sensible way to start: a size range under one artwork system, packed by SKU, with the setup cost carried once. The order still has to be planned by run size, because a small quantity spread across too many items is what makes private label expensive rather than useful.
Do you decide the regulatory text for my market?
You supply the text and symbols your market requires; we reproduce them against approved artwork and keep them in the revision record. We do not decide what a label must say in a market we are not registered in, and a program that relied on us guessing would not survive your first retail audit.
