Buyers audit a plant before they audit a price list, so the factory, quality and company pages now carry photographs of the floor we actually work on: the slitting lines, the flat-bed and rotary presses, the CNC cell, the rewinder, the warehouse and the team.
What is photographed
The converting floor with the slitting and rewinding lines running, the flat-bed die-cutting press, the CNC cutting cell, the rewound narrow rolls, the jumbo storage and staging area, the showroom, the slitting operator at work and the team. These are our own photographs, not catalogue images.
Alongside the plant shots, the product pages now use photographs of material we actually supply: polyimide tape rolls, copper foil tape, black PET insulation tape and clear acrylic bonding tape. Photographs where another brand is printed on the liner or the core are not used, because they show that manufacturer's product rather than ours.
- Jumbo roll storage and slitting lines.
- Flat-bed die-cutting press and CNC cutting cell.
- Rewound narrow rolls ready for packing.
- Showroom, warehouse and the team in Bao'an.
What is not photographed
Where we did not have a photograph, the page uses a generic, brand-free reference image rather than borrowing a picture from a brand catalogue or another manufacturer. Those slots are marked in our internal build notes and we replace them as real shots come in. We do not use another company's photographs, and we do not present generated imagery as a record of our plant.
Customer logos, certificates, test reports and anything from a customer site stay off the site until the owner approves them in writing.
Visiting
The plant is open to customers and to third-party inspectors during production hours. If you are sourcing from Southeast Asia and want a live video walkthrough instead of a trip, tell us the machines you want to see and we will record it.
