Twenty-Five Video Positions Defined, the First Clip Now Published

Twenty-five video positions are defined across 24 pages: seven for production, six for product families and twelve for applications, each tied to the page where the buyer is already making a decision. No clip goes up until it is recorded on our own floor — the first one, the sample showroom in Bao'an, is now published.

A tape is hard to judge from a specification sheet, so we defined video positions on the pages where buyers actually decide: the factory tour, the slitting, die-cutting and lamination services, all six product families and the industry and application pages.

How it is built

Three groups: production video from the plant, product video showing how a tape family behaves, and application video showing the material on a line. The first clip published is the sample showroom in Bao'an, filmed and posted by our own team on our own channel. Where a position has no clip yet, the page embeds nothing: no player and no third-party script loads, and nothing from another domain reaches a visitor who has not chosen to watch.

The video library page lists every position in one place and states where each clip will be filmed.

What is still being filmed

The remaining positions have no clip recorded yet, so the product and service pages carry no video block at all and the library page lists the planned shots as a work order rather than as empty players. An empty play button tells a buyer nothing about the plant, and we would rather show nothing until there is something to show. We are not filling these slots with stock footage and we will not use generated video in place of a real line. If you need a specific machine or test filmed before you order, ask and we will record it.

What each group is meant to prove

Twenty-three positions, three groups, and a different burden of proof for each.

GroupWhat the clip is forWhat a buyer can take from itWhat it cannot show
ProductionThe machine running the job it is used for, on our own floorThat the process exists and is scheduled, not a rendering of itHow your part behaves on it, which is a first-article question
ProductHow a tape family handles: unwind, liner release, cut edge, conformabilityThat the material is the format we describe on the product pageAdhesion on your substrate, which no video can substitute for a test
ApplicationMaterial working in the conditions the application createsThe failure mode being avoided and how the part is placedAny customer site unless that customer approved the filming

The rules we hold ourselves to on video

  • Filmed in our own plant or on a site the customer has approved, never sourced from a stock library
  • No generated footage presented as our line, our material or our people
  • A position without a finished clip stays marked as filming in progress rather than filled with something close
  • Each position states where the clip belongs and what it shows, so the library can be checked against the page
  • No third-party player runs on these pages today: each position links to the channel, so nothing from another domain loads before a visitor chooses to watch
  • Where a shot would help your decision, ask and we will record it before you commit to an order
FAQ

Video questions

Can you film a specific test for me?
Yes, within reason. Tell us the material, the process or the check you need to see and we will record it and send the clip. A peel or hold test filmed on your substrate is more useful to both of us than a generic demonstration.
Why is there no clip yet?
The positions and planned shots were published before the recordings were finished, so the gap is visible instead of being papered over with stock footage. Each position says what is being prepared.
Do the clips include customer work?
Only where the customer allowed filming and approves the clip before it goes live. A module or a line layout is often identifiable, so most production footage is of our own material and setups.
Will you send a video on WhatsApp instead?
Yes, and for a single question that is often faster. Ask for a specific check and it will usually arrive as a short clip rather than a link.
