The same tape behaves differently in Bangkok and in Shenzhen, so the site now carries a page for each of the six markets we ship to. Each one covers the demand we see, the environmental conditions that change the answer, the logistics route and the documents a buyer needs.
What each page covers
- The industries that actually buy converting work there: electronics and EMS, automotive and wire harness, solar and new energy, construction, packaging.
- The tropical condition problem: sustained humidity and heat drive adhesive creep, so we state the hold test we run rather than quoting a room-temperature peel value.
- Logistics from Shenzhen: the ports, the typical transit window and the shipping terms we quote on.
- Qualification practice: which documents a buyer asks for first and what we can issue per grade.
Why this matters for a tape buyer
Most tape failures in the region are not adhesion failures at 23 °C; they are creep and liner-release failures after weeks at 60 °C and 95% relative humidity. A market page lets us give the same answer once instead of re-explaining it in every quotation.
